We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site is carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with the best shipping prices. Using the shipping carriers realtime rate calculator, our checkout page will provide you with accurate shipping prices before you decide to purchase. We will occasionally offer free shipping on certain items as well as order thresholds. Items that qualify for free shipping will have the shipping price deducted on the checkout page. Shipping Method: Please note that the shipping speed selected at checkout is your shipping speed that will be used once the item is finished production. If the item is an in stock item, the shipping speed will be applied once the item is processed. Items typically take 24-48 business hours to process on Plumbing Overstocks side. The order is then typically processed on the vendors side within another 24-48 hours This processing time is not included in the shipping speeds selected. Production times for each product vary by manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their production times for made to order items. Plumbing Overstock does their best to offer an estimate on the website above the blue box. These times are an estimate based on the production times provided to Plumbing Overstock.
Same day shipping for domestic (US lower 48) rush orders is available if payment is received by 12 p.m. (noon) PST. Checkout instructions must be followed. Buyer will have the option at checkout to next day, 2nd day or 3 day air shipment. Please see shipping calculator for rates. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and optional insurance charges. All shipment/s of $250.00 or more (including shipping) will require a signature upon receipt. International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes or related fees.
Standard orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. (Legal holidays occurring within the business week are not counted as a business day) You will receive an automatically generated e-mail with tracking or delivery confirmation information when your item has shipped. It will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Insurance is not included in our shipping rates. Most items will be shipped via FedEx Ground, or other carrier at our discretion. Please note that FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not have the ability to offer customer pick up from our location. Due to our low selling prices, we are unable to offer any refunds for shipping charges. Due to Canadian Customs and Postal Service, items shipped to Canada may take up to 30 days for delivery if shipped via International First Class Service.
Most items on this website are dropshipped directly from the manufacturers. Therefore, there may be instances where an item is marked "in stock" but the feed hasn't been updated yet. We work diligently to keep our listings up to date at all times. However, due to the vast number of items we list, real-time updates may not always be possible. Given that a significant portion of our inventory is sourced through direct dropshipping, the provision of timely tracking information can pose certain challenges. Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns Policy
You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the
purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.

Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products
our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Once an order has shipped, it
cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip
shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in original, uninstalled condition,
including packaging, warranty, instructions, etc. Cancellation of non-stock or custom orders such as orders
with a lead time of over two weeks are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation/restocking fee and depending on the
manufacturer's policies, can be up to a 50% restocking fee. This can apply even before shipment of item, if
cancellation is during the production time. In some cases, orders cannot be cancelled or returned per the
manufacturer's returns/cancellation policy. For example, living finishes or special finishes, such as
Unlacquered or Gold finishes.
Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt and must have seller's approval in the form of a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). We will not process any returns, exchanges or refunds without an RGA Number and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including but not limited to roundtrip shipping costs.
For all LTL shipments such as bath tubs, vanities, large mirrors, and more are non-returnable. In some cases, for custom made items, they are non-cancelable either. In the unlikely event that the item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please review our policies below. ALL LTL SHIPMENTS ARE DELIVERED CURBSIDE ONLY.
Any damage to the item(s) should be reported to Plumbing Overstock within 72 hours of receipt so we can assist you with getting a replacement. If the item has been installed, the manufacturer may not honor a replacement or return for the item. If the box appears even slightly damaged, please write "package damaged" when you sign for the delivery. If you accept the delivery without notating any damage to the product, you cannot return the product as damaged. If you cannot inspect the product upon delivery, please write: *Pending inspection* on the BOL when you sign.
If a returned item is received by Plumbing Overstock in a condition other than the one in which it was sent, a minimum restocking fee of 50%, plus original out bound shipping cost (even for items that are offered free shipping) will be deducted from the refund. If an item is determined to be used or damaged beyond the point of resale, it will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back.
In the rare case of a missing or defective part, only a replacement or exchange will be made. There are no restocking fees on defective returns. Please note that we are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. You must contact us to file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper.
A 20% - 35% (for a couple of brands up to 60%) minimum restocking fee will be assessed for all refunded items. This fee is direct from the manufacturer.
Refunds will be made within 5-10 business days of arrival to our warehouse once the return has met these conditions. We retain the right to refuse any returns outside of these conditions.
If Returns Coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise return shipping will be deducted from the store credit or refund amount.
Please refer to manufacturer's terms and conditions as most take care of their own warranties. We will be glad to assist you with phone numbers or e-mail addresses if not enclosed with your items.
Orders with a total value below $99 may not meet the eligibility criteria for returns.
Computer monitors do not all display the same color scheme. Factors such as type of display, color/contrast settings, age of the monitor, lighting in the room and the angle the monitor is viewed at can distort the image's natural color balance. Due to this, the slight color variance in some similarly named finishes from one manufacturer to the next and the possible change in a manufacturer's finish over time, we cannot be responsible for items that aren't a "perfect match" with items purchased previously or from another manufacturer.

- Post-Delivery Exclusions: Coverage does not extend to any damage occurring after delivery, such as accidental drops, misuse, or improper storage.
- Original Packaging: Items must remain in their original packaging to qualify for a claim.
- Misleading Claims: Claims filed with altered or falsified information will void eligibility for insurance coverage.
Free Return Shipping
Enjoy peace of mind with free return shipping on eligible purchases if you purchase the "Shipping Insurance + Free Return Shipping" package only. If the item isn’t right for you, simply
return it without any shipping costs. If you do not purchase these protections, all return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Note: this does not cover any restocking fees that the manufacturer may
apply upon return. Restocking fees are calculated outside of the shipping costs and are calculated by the Manufacturer. Plumbing Overstock is not the manufacturer and is not responsible for product defects.
Return Shipping Conditions
- Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for free return shipping, items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Return Authorization: A return authorization must be requested and approved by our customer service team before returning the item.
- Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested outside this window may not qualify for free return shipping.
- Non-Refundable: Free return shipping does not apply to custom or special-order items.
- Repeated or Abusive Returns: Abuse of the return policy may result in restricted or revoked return privileges for future orders.
Customers acknowledge and agree to these terms by proceeding, protecting both customer and company interests.
Cancellation Policy
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of when the purchase is made. Due to this, it can be very difficult to cancel an order, as the manufacturer has already started processing on their end. In the case you would like to cancel, you will need to email returns@plumbingoverstock.com and request a cancellation. All cancellations will be refunded as store credit. If you would like to get a refund via you original payment method there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
If a chargeback is received for an item that cannot be cancelled, there will be a 50% fee applied to the return amount. This fee is non-negotiable and covers processing and handling costs. Additionally, if a free item is received with the order, its value will be deducted from the refund amount in case of a return.
Please note that issuing a chargeback will result in being listed on our website's blacklist. Customers on this list will have all future orders declined and not fulfilled.
